Zoltan Sarda is an internationally recognized teacher, program developer, and coach with more than 30 years in the field. His work over the last 15 years has focused on developing systems within large, growing organizations to effectively provide mentorship and coaching to leaders, managers, and employees to support their mission-aligned effectiveness, and personal and professional well-being. His doctoral research focused on the ways in which people perceive and interpret interpersonal interactions, and how those perceptions influence their behavior when working with others. This research has been core to the development of Zoltan's work with organizations and coaches.
